A polishing machine with a continuously rotating table and mandrels, with variable speed control via an inverter.
The standard version features a single 1500 mm diameter table and 20 workpiece mandrels. Optionally, tables with a diameter of 1800 mm and 24 mandrels or 2000 mm and 36 workpiece mandrels can be supplied.
The motorized columns move vertically and horizontally; brushes (polishing or grinding discs) with a diameter of 400 mm can be used.
Each electric motor for rotating the brushes produces 4 kW, and the speed of each column can be adjusted via an inverter to maintain optimal brush performance as the brush diameter decreases.
The brush guards house the spray guns and two sealed 50-liter tanks, which supply abrasive paste during operation.
The total power of this machine is 20 kW.
The machine is equipped with an electrical panel and instrumentation for control, visual display, positioning of machine components, and timers for setting spray gun intervals.
