A compact polishing machine with continuous table and roller rotation, and variable speed control (inverter).
The standard version features a single 800 mm diameter table and 12 workpiece mandrels.
The machine has three motorized columns; it can use brushes (polishing or grinding discs) with a diameter of 350 mm.
Each electric brush motor produces 3 kW: the speed of each column can be adjusted via an inverter to maintain optimal brush performance as the brush diameter decreases.
The brush guards house the spray guns and two sealed 25-liter tanks, which supply abrasive paste during operation.
The total power of this machine is 11 kW. The machine has an electrical panel and instrumentation for control, visual display, positioning of machine elements and timers for setting spray gun intervals.
