SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINE for processing small parts SC 420 – S

This semi-automatic machine features a 1300 mm diameter table with intermittent advancement and 12 workpiece mandrels. It was designed and built for machining inclined edges of cylindrical parts.

The standard version has four motorized columns and 3.3 kW electric motors. Brushes (polishing or grinding discs) or abrasive wheels with an outer diameter of 350 mm can be used.

Description

The motors can be set to a preset or variable speed using an inverter. The brush guard housings house the paint spray guns and two sealed 25-liter tanks, which supply abrasive paste during operation.

The machine has an electrical panel and a pushbutton panel housing all controls, visual displays, column positioning, shaft speed adjustment, spray gun interval settings, and table dwell adjustment, which determines the processing time of the part (the amount of time remaining for brush contact).

This machine can be used for cleaning kitchen parts.
