Automatic polishing line SSIE/6T

Operating principle.

Automated line with a CNC unit for polishing and grinding the internal and external surfaces of closed profiles of square, rectangular, oval, or round cross-sections. The line is equipped with three grinding units for processing the internal profile and three for processing the external profile. Each unit can oscillate and is equipped with brushless motors for quick and easy setup. Workpieces are automatically moved from one working position to another thanks to self-centering clamps; depending on the size, up to six workpieces can be processed simultaneously.
