Operating principle.
The bar is manually installed on the guide and secured with a vacuum device. The guide is activated by pressing a two-position button and moves forward and backward using a hydraulic cylinder. The machining speed is adjusted during the process. By turning the adjustment knob, the workpiece can be oscillated. The working pressure is regulated by a geared motor, and the values are displayed on an ammeter. The operating time is controlled by a timer. When machining is complete, a new workpiece is installed in place of the previous one. The machine is designed to run eight different work programs, depending on the customer's needs.
