The AL100U-02 is controlled by two handwheels or a single lever. The machine is equipped with both handwheels and a lever. The AL100 U-02 is used for grinding materials with diameters from Ø 20 mm to Ø 76 mm. Its sophisticated guide and carriage with a rotating clamp are continuously adjustable, allowing the machine to grind any pipe component at any angle from 30° to 90°.
The ALMI AL100U-02 can be used to grind square, rectangular, and round pipes of any wall thickness and is suitable for all standard materials.
The ALMI belt tensioning system simplifies belt tensioning. The belt is tensioned using the hex key supplied with the machine.
Belt tensioning is quick; grinding rollers can be changed in seconds. All pipe grinding equipment is equipped with a convenient deburring table.
